Buchholz lowered his ERA and Kalish hit his first homer at Fenway, a Grand Slam.

Glad I got the cards of them when I did.

After a bit of a slump, Crawford is getting hot again.

3-5 today and a double away from the cycle. 7 for his last 13 with a triple and two homers.

Logan Morrison had two hits to push his hit streak to 9 games.

He has also recorded a hit in 16 of his 18 Major League games.

I'd say that's a pretty good start.

Well, we saw what the future 1-2 EY Jr.-Fowler combo can do. They reek havoc on the bases; but alas, the 3-4-5 hitters did a no-show. 0-11, or so, with RISP?
Jhoulys Chacin needs to lay off the first-pitch balls; cut the walks. He could be our next Ubaldo Jimenez (with less speed).
It's hard to fathom a guy like Seth Smith can get to 0-21, without a hit; without a hit in August.

Oh, Manuel Corpas with two perfect inning, one strik-out - yay?
