Nice implosion by the Gigantes here in the bottom of the 8th. So much insurance that Cholly gonna put Durbin out for the 9th it looks like.

Logan Morrison had two hits to push his hit streak to 9 games.
He has also recorded a hit in 16 of his 18 Major League games.

Well, we saw what the future 1-2 EY Jr.-Fowler combo can do. They reek havoc on the bases; but alas, the 3-4-5 hitters did a no-show. 0-11, or so, with RISP?
Jhoulys Chacin needs to lay off the first-pitch balls; cut the walks. He could be our next Ubaldo Jimenez (with less speed).
It's hard to fathom a guy like Seth Smith can get to 0-21, without a hit; without a hit in August.
Oh, Manuel Corpas with two perfect inning, one strik-out - yay?
