I just bought a 2008 card on ebay and the seller included this card as "protection" for the card I bought (nice of him!). But, I have no clue who he is or what this card is?! I know FGS is crap but...eh...anyone want it?! lol

Probably some guy who somehow has cases and grades his own cards to give them a premium. I have seen some idiot do this with screwdowns and give "10's" to cards CLEARLY a BGS 7-8...

I will take it if it is free, I will probably send it to BGS for some REAL grading
