That's cool.

Also nice that they seem to appreciate the awards......which should be the case, considering they were voted on by us (the consumer), and I must say some of, if not the most knowledgeable people in the hobby. Seems it would be the type of award given without an agenda and would mean something.

this is kinda what i had in mind when we first started the awards in 2008

Companies love recognition, and the reward for what amounts to about $200 worth of plaques can be immeasurable.
