Honkers Player in Fatal Car Accident.

One day after dropping the 2010 Summer Collegiate World Series to the Eau Claire Express, the Honkers lost one of their own. Mitch Caster was on his way to Kansas today, when he crashed, fatally.

My thoughts and prayer's go out to his family, and the 2010 Rochester Honkers.

Heard a few hours ago. I got to see him pitch in his last game unfortunately. May the family find peace and comfort during this time.

Being that I am a fan of the league, not JUST the Stingers, it was sad hearing about.

I may have seen him pitch at the Bee Hive, I don't think so though.

Probably a dumb question, but are you talking about the Rochester Honkers? My fiancee is from down by there - I'll have to tell her.

I liked the Border Cats, the Stingers, and the league itself on Facebook, and they all had something to say about Caster's passing.

This year was really big for the NWL, but had a really sad ending

I remember his name, he came from Goddard KS. It's something like 3hours from me in KC. It's a suburb of WichitaThat bbbbblows.
