I'm currently putting together the SP Authentic Master sets. I have a question about the exchange cards in the 2008 SP Authentic set. If anyone has any information on which of these cards exist and which ones were not produced that would be great or if you know of any site where I could obtain this information that would also be nice. The 11 exchange cards from the 2008 SP Authentic are:

113 Clayton Kershaw (#/699)
118 Denard Span (#/299)
120 Emmanuel Burris (#/299)
124 Carlos Gonzalez (#/599)
133 Jayson Nix (#/299)
147 Max Scherzer (#/799)
161 Alex Hinshaw (#/699)
172 Michael Aubrey (#/699)
187 Mitchell Boggs (#/699)
188 Chris Carter (#/699)
189 Travis Denker (#/699)

The Scherzer's haven't been produced, yet. I've had several sitting in my redemption queue for quite some time now.

I had the Alex Hinshaw card queued up for a while. Last summer, I called UD and they said that Hinshaw wasn't signing and that should ask for a replacement card. The card they sent me as a replacement was a 2009 Sweet Spot Pablo Sandoval on-card AU. I recall reading a while back that the MLBPA had instructed players to NOT sign for UD, nor send any already signed material back to them. Since UD lost both their MLB and MLBPA licenses, I guess that these cards will never be released.

Scherzer will not be produced. I already called Upper Deck and they said he will not be signing any cards for that set. I got some great replacement cards for it too.
