I redeemed a card about a week ago and I logged in today to see if there were any updates.. it says I have 0 open requests and 0 closed requests. Does that mean it shipped? Or is something wrong?

Check the dates on closed requests. It show the date the package mailed. Hope this helps.

That's the problem - nothing is there for me to check. It's just blank and says
There are 0 CLOSED Request Result(s)/There are 0 OPEN Request Result(s)

I just tried to put the code in again and it went through - I guess something went wrong when I tried to redeem it the first time. Thanks guys

I've done that also. You have to make sure you get all the way to the confirmation page to ensure card was redeemed. Good luck on getting your card shipped quick.
