Weird 2010 Obak Variations. Is the Whole base set like this?

Does anyone know if every base card has a variation with a circle and/or square around the card's numbering on the back. See the Tinkers, Evers, Chance and Heyward below. Thanks

Duh never mind. They signify a slogan variation.

I picked up a couple of boxes of the 2009 edition when those came out and yes, those were the variations. It was nothing around the number, square, circle, and a triangle. It only applied to some cards in the set though, not everything had variations.
