I pulled a 2008 SPx Rookie Redemption #4 a little bit ago and found out it was for someone named Colin Balester (who?). As excited as I was for that I redeemed it and the status was the same old "Waiting for athlete to sign, ect, ect and so on." So I waited and then called up UD and asked for a replacement . I didn't request anything specific, just something of a Red Sox player.
They sent me this
Along with a boxtopper from 2003 UD Patch Collection that had these in it.
I know we give card companies a lot of grief for bad redemption experiences but in this case they really came through for me and I made out really, really well.
