I will be posting my own successes here. I wanted to open this up to anyone else though. I am writing out a few tonight that will be dropped into the mail tomorrow.
If you aren't doing these, they look great framed with a signed card. It's a good way to get to know the player better as well. Some people write questions on index cards, but typing them is the way I go.
