2008 Masterpieces Auto question...

I opened a box of 08 Masterpieces today, and the auto that I pulled was in gold ink and not the traditional blue. I did some quick research on ebay and there was one that sold this past month, but not believing everything I read on ebay, i am not really sure it TRULY is rare.

I think there are a few people on here who have done or tried the auto set, is the gold ink version rare?

I believe he signed them all in gold ink. Anyone seen a blue ink versions of his in 2008? He is SP in 2008, just looked and last gold ink 08 sold for $29 and change. Not bad for a guy who was rotting away in Pawtucket this year. Seems 08 masterpieces is heating up again.
