Does this auction seem fishy to anybody else?

[ebay:2cs4t23n]250698659539[/ebay:2cs4t23n]

Here is the Auction Scan....

Here is a scan of 69/93....

As you can tell, the auto placement is not the same.

Hopefully the seller puts up scans of the actual card for sale.

The guy signed 99 of those cards. Kind of unrealistic to think they would have the auto in the same exact spot/position on each one.

What the OP is saying (correct me if I am wrong) is that the card shown (supposedly 69/99) is not the card that is shown in the auction since the OP has a scan of 69/99 and based upon auto location they are not the same. I don't believe he is saying that all need to be identical but the one 69/99 should be identical to 69/99.

+1

My friend actually pulled 69/99 back on November, 2009. Here are better pics he sent me of the original 69/99. Ask the seller to send another picture of the card in the auction then you can compare to these pics.

Ah, gotcha. My bad. That's what a quick two second look at a post before going out the door will do to ya.

itjust a freaking OUTRAGIOUS price!

You sure about that?
Been listed for at least 2 days. No bids, and the BIN wasn't hit, so yeah, pretty outrageous.
Has the card even sold for over $600 lately?

You sure seem to know a lot about this card.

The last one sold on 9/4/10 for $1,580.00 (93/93)
The one before that sold on 8/5/10 for $1,500.00 (90/93)
The one before that sold on 8/2/10 for $499.99 (9/93)
The one before that sold on 7/27/10 for $1,300.00 (77/93)
The one before that sold on 7/7/10 for $1,299.00 (9/93)
The one before that sold on 6/12/10 for $1,825.00(76/93)
The one before that sold on 6/2/10 for $1,625.00 (3/93)

The one that sold for $499 was a BIN and it only lasted minutes.

Also, it is the only one that has ever sold for less than $885.55 (36/93 on 2/14/10 Valentines Day)

Visit MY WEBSITE, you might learn something.

Oh, and do you see why that might be a good scam to pull off?

$1,399 isn't a horrible price, $999 is even better. If Jeter had another 2 HR game it would be snapped up like that.

I'm willing to bet that it is going to get a bid, unless people realize that the auction seems fishy.

Yes,

I have all the info you need to know in my sig.

Not to mention the ebay listing photo is tiny and you cant enlarge it. I wonder why...

Also, I am not at all familiar with these, but shouldnt you get the UCD certification hologram with it too?

The one currently on eBay has a scan of 93/93, the last to sell on eBay.

Scam Auction. IMO.

The $1,399 BIN has been hit.

10 Feedback buyer, and a seemingly fake auction.

Would like to know what was up with this.
