Mark Reynolds is now hitting .199 with 206 strikeouts. :benson:
Except for the home runs, he must be painful for Diamondbacks fans to watch.

When's the last time a player has finished a season batting under .200?

He may be done for the season too. It's a good thing he didn't get as many ABs as last year because his strikeout rate has increased from last year. He's gotten a little unlucky in terms of batted balls. I still think he has some value for a lot of teams and if he's available as Kevin Towers insinuated, I'd support the Cards going after him.

142 Games, 587 PA, 492 AB, 98 Hits, 32 HR, 84 RBI, .199 AVG, .320 OBP, .757 OPS

Carlos Pena:

137 Games, 558 PA, 463 AB, 92 Hits, 27 HR, 81 RBI, .199 AVG, .328 OBP, .736 OPS

Some very similar numbers there.
