Hi folks,

I'm normally a vintage collector, so please forgive this question. I recently obtained a 2008 Topps Allen & Ginter Rogers Hornsby rip card serially numbered #8/10 from a rather large deal I bought. I was told this was a pretty nice card and could yield stuff like 1/1's, autos, etc. Before I rip it....are there odds for rip cards on autos, parallels or something else? How much do these cards typically go for unripped? Do people normally get hosed from choosing to rip them? Thanks in advance,

James

Dont rip it. The Autos are meh and a slim shot at a wood card.

no way you rip it, the card is worth much more unripped. The odds of pulling something
that would be worth more than the rip card are 1 in a million. The rip cards
numbered to 10 are VERY rare. I wouldn't be surprised if you got 200+

Good Luck

Don't rip it...sell it.

Odds of pulling something good are slim. I bet you get about 150 since it is lower numbered
