Set/ Player collectors. Cards you have never seen before

This just happened to me and I said "dayumm" outloud. Ive working on this on and off for a while with a major sell off and restart and this is the first time i have seen this.

When I was collecting Matt Kemp, I never saw a 2007 BC red refractor. I believe several people had the same problem with their own players and 2007 BC red refractors.

I'm not a Bonds collector, but I do need it for my set. No Bonds supercollectors can confirm that they have seen one, let alone have one. I have been looking for this one for 6 years now. Tons of regular issue, but no Second Edition.

Yep, that's the one and only I've ever seen of ANY player. Does the card appear creased? Maybe they were shipped poorly? Has the owner ever mentioned how he acquired it? Anyone know if they were issued one at a time from individual card codes or could collectors win "packs" or complete sets? Thanks for any insight or heresay

Not a bsb set, from 2003 Playoff Honors f/b "Plates" (name plate Patches) card # 17 Edgerrin James. The serial numbers on the set were all over the place, his was a 1/1. The lowest numbered card other than that one was #'d to 9, my set has been at 95% complete for almost 8 years. Talked to a number of Edge collectors but none have seen the card. Playoff swore to me the card was packed out so it's likely still in a pack out there somewhere. Big reward to whom ever locates it for me.

my friend bought it that way, he knew it was creased bad,but never seen one so he paid $5 anyway,so would i have.

Aside from various cards #/10 or less, I've not seen a Sizemore 2006 Special F/X Blue, a 2008 Upper Deck Premier Autograph Parallel #/25, or a 2008 Spectrum Jersey #/48. I'm assuming there former is out there somewhere, but the latter pair were in the Beckett DB and I'm doubting they exist.

2007 Premier had several printing plates inserted for different UD sets and several people reported seeing plates for cards that didn't exist. Sizemore is one of those.

Also, I've only got 83 names on my checklist for 2010 Exquisite base cards, which were supposedly a 100-card set. I wish prices on that stuff would drop to $9 a box so I could rip some.
