Does PSA reslab cards?

I picked this up today:

As you can see, the case is pretty scratched up. If I send this to PSA, will they reslab it? I couldn't find any info on the site and I've never dealt with PSA before, but figured there was an expert on here who could point me in the right direction.

Yeah, if you are not a member I can mail you a form. You can sub under my name and ship directly to yourself. If that helps pm me your mailing addy and email address.

Also if you go to shows that PSA is grading at you can drop them off there, member or not, and they will ship them back to you reslabbed. Its cheaper than paying the shipping costs there.
