I use the priority mail small boxes for high dollar cards. Sturdy boxes and they are free.

Thanks guys, I ended up using a 300 count box and a lot of bubble wrap and tape and I'm very confident that it'll make it to its destination safely.

400ct boxes are awesome for shipping. You can put 4 BGS slabs wrapped in bubble wrap and they fit quite snugly, and since 4 BGS slabs in the box weighs just under a pound, you can ship them via Priority Mail to anywhere in the US for $4.95. They are also just the right length for Paypal shipping labels.
I suggest talking to your LCS and asking for a price on a bundle of 50.
