Modern: BGS
70s-down to prewar: PSA
prewar: SGC
The slabs are better with BGS. I will ONLY go with BGS though, because of storage reasons.

for pc and my preference, especially on modern.... BGS
for reselling PSA, flipping modern BGS 9's to PSA 10's is a lot easier than you would think.
in the end buy the card not the holder.
