Because every city is full of scum bags whom will take every opportunity they can get can get to cause trouble. Most probably can't spell baseball and are leaches of society. Partly. I hear Northern Cali is pretty nice, but I was basically talking inner city, which I hear is pretty bad (so I wasn't completely fair ::facepalm:: ) and I think I have an earthquake phobia, but I doubt I have ever been in one...

I do dislike how Hollywood makes fun of Minnesotans though
