Looking at his closed listing seems like he listed a bunch of stuff and someone(s) went through and place a bunch of bids on similar inserts.

A number of red flags here. 1) Fairly large number of bid retractions (ie outbid someone but didn't mean to); 2) Multiple bids on multiple items across multiple categories (ie cards, coins and paper money) and 3) nearly 10% activity with one seller.

Could very well be a shill account. If you are unsure, ask them straight up. If you get a bad vibe...don't buy from them and block them. That's my take!
