Which would you rather have?

Trying to work out a trade and I have a raw X and a Gem Ref of the same player and I am letting him decide which he would rather have, but I was wondering what other people thought.

Assume the Xfractor is well-centered and looks nice, but likely would not grade as a 9.5. Also assume value is equal.

I'd take the raw card anyday. Personally I hate graded cards. Own a few because I got them dirt cheap but would never pay over book value for what someone elses opinion of mint is just because it has a sticker on it. Just my opinion though.
