Bowman Chrome Wrapper Redemption?

Are the Bowman Chrome empty packs going to sell for what the topps chrome packs do? I opened a case and probably won't send them in but trying to figure out a reasonable price in which I can sell them for

I was unaware that there was a redemption for the BC packs. I thought it was just for TC. Any further info would be appreciated.

It is a massive redemption, lets hope it puts some life out there.
