I will have to attend that! What days are you going to be there? I have some stuff that I want to have authenticated, so it would be perfect.

Not in the TC, but I will try to get up there for a day...

At the Chicago Sun Times show November 19-21, Dawson's prices are notably higher. (Cubs fans will pay for anything) There, 8x10s/flats are $59, instead of $39 here. Bats/jerseys are $99 there, $60 here. Even inscriptions are only $10 here and $20 there. Sure, I understand why the Chicago prices are higher, but it is nice to see some cheaper prices than the really big shows. Carlton is slightly cheaper here ($5) than Chicago, McClain is the same both places. Interesting that Paul Hornung is the only guy signing both days. $25 for Valencia isn't that bad, either, but we know he'll be $10 at a table with two other guys at Twinsfest in January, so I'll wait. Who knows if Bruno and Gaetti will come to the Fest, since neither of them have ever been before. Bruno is now a coach with an A-ball team, so he may be more likely to come. I need Erickson on a 1991 Homer Hanky I have autographs on, so he's a big one for me. (he's a rare sighting, too) Think I'll ask my wife for a VIP ticket for Christmas! Cheaper than a Blu-Ray player!

Erickson is actually a VERY good signer. We were at the game (before the Tie-Breaker) a couple years ago, when they were doing a tribute to the Dome, and he and Gaeitti both signed for me afterwords. Gary didn't use a Circle G auto, but it looks nice (for being in sharpie ::facepalm:: ).

I will probably wait for TwinsFest for Valencia, but I will hit the prospect line hard for the PC, like I did last year. I was able to nab the best of the prospects last year, so I might end up missing him.

The Hornung is the one that I would probably want to get the most, as Dawson signs TTM for a lot less than he is asking here.

If I weren't saving for a case, I would probably save up for this ::facepalm:: maybe I can kick my saving into over-drive and then dump some cash at the show.

Man, that's soooo close to Christmas, I'm afraid I'm going to get roped into some sort of party-crap. If I can avoid it, I'll DEFINITELY be there. I went to the last show they put on, and it was a nice crowd of dealers there, so definitely worth your time.

Well crap. My wife and I already have our holiday plans set and we'll be in Michigan that weekend. I went to the previous show at the Earl Brown Heritage Center and it was decent. Hopefully, this one goes well too and it becomes a semi-annual show.

Looks like a great show for Minnesota fans. GC you should have Gaetti sign and item you have with his old sig on it. Have both versions of his auto on the same item. Wonder what he would think.

Scott Erickson, isn't he considered one of the tougher autos to get from past Twins. I bet he sells lots of tickets.

Not sure if I'll be able to make it down for the show. Weather that time of the month is usually treacherous. Driving 4 hours w/a 5 month on board in terrible conditions is something I may have to pass up. :(

Found out that I should be able to head up there for the saturday.

Probably won't spend much, but we will see. Might hop in an auto line... maybe...

Prolly be me and my dad, and a friend of mine.

Thankfully I am not saving up for the case anymore...

Anyone know how much PSA is charging for auto authentication? I want my Sparky's in a JSA case, but I will gladly do PSA.

I am going to get Hornung on a mini helmet if I can find one...

As much as I like doing things like this I think I will have to pass on it. I have too much coming up that I need to save for and such that I can't really afford it. The casino last night didn't help much.. ::facepalm:: If anybody wants to see if they have any Span stuff they can feel free to LMK :D
