2004 AFLAC Upton Question

A buddy of mine recently found a 2004 Bowman AFLAC Justin Upton "Player Issue" card. The card is unsigned (not one of the '06 Originals Auto's). Does anyone know the print run on these and what the value might be?

This is just heresay, but I've heard that serial #s 251-750 are "Player's Issue", and #s 1-250 and 751-1000 are "For Promotional Use Only".
