Platinum looks great in football, have no reason it won't be the same in baseball, but the Bowman brand has never tried that price point, so it's a pretty high risk.
Sterling has shown itself as a fairly ugly high risk-medium reward break. But you do get a ton of (sticker) autos
With Draft, even if you don't get anything great, you still have a ton of base cards, and it's the cheapest of the three by far.

For cases, I'd do Draft for reasons others have mentioned above. I will be buying Platinum Auto singles of my guys though. Sterling I haven't touched since 2007 - price point too high, aesthetically unpleasing designs.

I can not answer this question until all three products get released and i see final checklist and multiple breaks. I do not trust Topps

If topps sticks to their word, I think Platinum is going to be great. Lots of on card autos.
