Ebayer purchases 15 items from me on Ebay on October 25th. Invoice sent out that same day. I filed 15 non paying bidders alerts after sending emails and finally 11/25 .. decides to pay me. By this time for some reason ebay did not allow him to pay me. I have 99.9% feedback and 2500 stars. Buyer has 24 stars and 90.7% feedback.
Woke up this morning, dude leaves me 15 negatives.
Called Ebay .. they said they can remove all negatives except one because buyer made an attempt to contact me about that particular auction.
I said there was no payment and even if he attempted, what does that mean .. I have no money cominc in.
Ebay said, since there was an attempt to make a payment, then the negative stays unless the buyer removes it. This is ridiculous. I am getting penailized for a Paypal/Ebay error.
I thought I have seen it all.
