Hi everyone.
I'm sure a few names are familiar here from other spots around the collecting universe, but for those of you that I haven't met yet, my name is Jon Waldman, and I'm an author based in Winnipeg.
I'm currently working on a book about the sports card industry, entitled Got 'Em, Got 'Em, Need 'Em. Set to hit stores in April 2011, the book examines the top 100 cards ever produced, along with some fun look back at the worst the hobby has offered.
I'm in the editing stage now and need your help, collectors.
I'm missing some card images and hope that you guys can help me get the last ones.
Top on my list right now is the 2001 SP Authentic RC of Ichiro Suzuki.
I'm also missing the following, but have calls out for them. As a backup though, if anyone has these and can scan them please let me know:
-- Signature Rookies OJ Simpson Autograph
-- Adrian Peterson Exquisite RC #/99
-- 01-02 Inspirations Lil Bow Wow Like Mike jersey
-- 1981 Jogo (CFL) Warren Moon RC
-- 1997 UD Game Used Jersey - Ken Griffey Jr.
-- 05-06 The Cup Sid Crosby RC #/99
The scans need to be high resolution (300dpi) and should be fairly large in size.
You can either leave me a note here or email me directly at [email protected].
I will, of course, give you credit in the book as the owner of the card.
