2006 BC Hanley Ramirez Gold Refractor RC No Serial Number

Just bought this card expecting it to be serial numbered and it's not. Is thing backdoored or were the 2006 Bowman Chrome Greens not serial numbered?

Likely back-doored as the card should have been serial numbered.
