Ben was never arrested, and got 6, knocked down to 4.
Interested to see what the league does with this one...

I didn't know it was sexual assault. A headline I read earlier said domestic violence. I think it will be 4 games because it's the first time he's linked with something like this. Even though he was actually arrested. In all fairness if the police officer was doing his job and not taking photos with Ben he most likely would have been arrested.

Another interesting over/under. If he's guilty or pleas out does he do more or less time than Vick.
