With the sheer abundance of serial numbered cards out there, most may not seem special any longer but I advise you all to double check the serial number.
Ive been going through my stacks and found a couple of "unique" ones including:
1. 2008 Spectrum Verlander 35/399 (jersey #)
2. 2001 Elite Erstad 001/975 (first one made)
3. 2003 Donruss Studio Griffey Jr. 89/100 (rookie year in majors)
I got hooked on unique numbers and listed the above on ebay because of a recent completed sale of a 2003 or 2002 Elite Bonds insert 01/275 (I think) which went for something like $170
Have any of you guys here sold many of these types of cards?
And while Im on the subject, does anyone have a scan of the most amazing serial number card ever? 1992 Donruss Elite Ripken auto 2131/5000? I know its been found because I saw a pic of it years ago.
