Worst farm system?
They had a good 2008 draft so while there was probably no question that they had the worst farm system in 2008, I don't think that the Astros are the bottom of the barrel this season.

Wait the dreadlock-singer from last year's American Idol is the Astros #1 prospect?

Considering their farm system, I guess that make sense..

Looooooosiana!
We had a good draft last year but our system is still pretty weak  Our best hitting prospect is a former pitcher. YIKES.

I find it interesting how Bogusevic didn't make their 2012 lineup card, yet his BA scouting report predicts the distinct possibility of him taking Bourn's spot at CF very soon.

I'll be asking that question in the chat this afternoon.

JP, any idea where Einertson stands with the organization?
At this point, I think Einie is working for JP as a personal assistant.
LOL someone has to list all those auctions, and drive the car.

He's another of my questions for the chat.

Will it being with, "Kary, let's just say I happen to have a certain Astros former top prospect in my basement. Do you think it would be appropriate for me to let him loose, or will he never amount to anything more than housework?"

YUCK.......

Not looking good, especially for a team that could dearly use some quality cheap talent on the roster....

For my Astros sake, I hope he returns to AA to rebuild some confidence, hit .290 with 25 homers.

For your sake, I hope he opens the season on a tear...
