Ryan Howard's 2003 Bowman Chrome Draft hit something insane at its peak, so if we're talking about non-sp'd, non-auto'd, non-parallel, etc...$75+ I think.
But that's the past. We can't predict anything these days because of the common theme from Topps to release a secondary Bowman Chrome card a year or two later...with an autograph.

Robinson Cano is a good example in that, he's a Yank, he's an All Star, (almost an MVP based on voting), and his only rookie year auto was in Bowman Heritage, which is even less desireable than Ryan Howard's Bowman Best, thus his Base Chrome rookie is a touch nicer.
