Have two head coaches from one team ever been fired so close to each other? Has a head coach ever been fired after such a short stint?

I see that the domestic charges against Haywood have also been upgraded to a felony.

Wannstedt "resigned".

This just set the program back at least 2 years. What a hot mess this whole thing has been. I have no clue where they go now.

Alabama fired Mike Price before he ever coached a game.

Pitt recruiting is probably SOL at this point.

I think it was an easy way to "undo" or cover up a huge mistake that was hiring him in the first place.

Ouch, that hurts. Hopefully Pitt can recover quickly, though it seems inevitable that recruiting will suffer this year.

Can't say I have ever seen a program fire 2 head football coaches one right after the other :lol:

Can't be surprised considering they were the ones that hired Wannstedt 5 years ago then and go get another coach on the cheap.
