After a few dud rack packs, I planned on leaving Platinum alone.
Today, Wal-Mart had one lone blaster left. I couldn't get myself to buy it, but I did purchase two single packs from a newly-opened retail box (before, I hadn't noticed it in the store).
Pack two, the one my mother opened (she usually has card "mojo"), yielded this:
Eric Thames blue refractor autograph /99
From two blasters, four rack packs, and two single packs this makes my third autograph (Steve Garrison green ref, Pat Corbin ref, and Thames blue ref). I have also pulled one Strasburg, a Mauer refractor, and a Leake gold refractor /559.
