Thoughts on the price of this Dual Cut

Saw this when it first popped up on the Bay:

I may be a little old-school as at first I thought it was way under-priced, but now I'm thinking its in-line. I once pulled a cut of the Mick and got like 1500 for it.

$100 for Arod and $300 for Mantle. For what I can tell many people are avoiding cuts and buying slabbed autos over the past few months/year.
