it's a shame, cause the raiders ACTUALLY have talent...Just need to let someone OTHER than Davis run the team, just like the same situation in Cincinnati...It's a shame, cause the "commitment to excellence", has been turned into the "commitment to FIRE any coach at anytime, anywhere, anyplace"...Boy, the days of Christiansen, Plunkett, Allen, Hayes, have LONG been gone....
