I've lost out on this card before, but I got it for a GREAT price this time. Really happy to have finally got it. I used a $40.00 eBay gift card I got for the holidays to cover it, so I got it completely free!

Amazing pickup, Brian. I still need to get the Cronin from that set...

Are they similar in size to the 1939 Goudey??

No I think they are a little smaller, Old Cardboard has the R312 as 4x5 3/8, and the '39 Goudeys as 4x6 3/16 and 4 3/4x7 1/4

I almost bid on that. I won the DiMaggio the day before. I've wanted that DiMaggio for a long time. It is a beautiful set.

Absolutely. My next submission is shaping up to be a really good one, probably the best one I've had since my first submission. I think I will pay a little extra for this one to be graded because it's oversized, but I'm okay with it.

That "thank you for not" comment was the funniest yet truest comment I've seen today!!

Gorgeous. I have to quit checking the vintage pickups because I keep seeing cards and sets I want to go after. Can't wait to see the next sgc sub

The only cabinet card I ever got was from the 40's and it is Andy Pafko and when he signed it, he personalized it to me. Whoops!!!
