Thanks for posting this Dave. They went over the results during intermission yesterday but went so fast you forgot who voted for what. Very interesting to say the least.

Good stuff.

I prefer this one:

Which Canadian city deserves an NHL franchise - Quebec City, Hamilton, Toronto or Winnipeg? Quebec City, 53%

Has the city of Toronto already disowned the Leafs after the last few seasons????

I also like that 98% think that fighting should stay. I'd be very curious who the few were that voted against it.

I bet Toronto (and surrounding area) could financially support 3 teams without a problem. The leafs will never let that happen though.

Toronto probably could support another franchise but what
would the point be other than money?(Obviously I know...)
I mean,I'm a Die-Hard Leafs fan,SHHHHH!!!. But I've
been to four games at the ACC and to be honest, unless Toronto
scores a goal,it's like being in a funeral home in that place. The corporates
have all the seats and the real fans are left outside. It's just a night
out for these people to be seen and unless the 2nd Toronto franchise
has way cheaper seat prices,it will be the same.Of course that probably
sounds good to the NHL.
