I was looking solely at the question of "Which company has represented USA baseball better?" and I don't believe Upper Deck did a single thing to represent USA Baseball, or promote USA Baseball in the slightest.NECpilgrims8 said:Topps started out poor and finally started to get it with the latest releases.
Still, I'm going with Upper Deck for the many years up they have on Topps.
Once Topps can get it right on a consistent basis, they take over the title.
