I think (hope) the guy selling this knows that it's not worth 25k...although he doesn't have the sense enough to properly list a card of that value (actual description, full/detailed scan of the card), so who knows...

He should have looked for somebody to sell it for him. I would think a fair number of interested buyers would be turned away by his 7 feedback (with only one of those being as a seller).
