I hear all of these bad stories about Topps, but I just wanted to say that they did something good.

I got a ton of damaged cards in a box and sent them back about a week ago, I got a package with replacements. All cards were in penny sleeves, and came fine. I don't remember what I sent, but I know they swapped a base card for a refractor.

So nothing exciting in the package, but I wanted to acknowledge Topps for the fast turnaround time, and a smooth "transaction"

It is.

I rarely ever have a reason to contact a company, but it's nice to see that when I had too this time, they came through on the time part of it. I think I got the exact same cards except they swapped the RC Chrome with the refractor version (which I am not complaning about).
