I hear all of these bad stories about Topps, but I just wanted to say that they did something good.
I got a ton of damaged cards in a box and sent them back about a week ago, I got a package with replacements. All cards were in penny sleeves, and came fine. I don't remember what I sent, but I know they swapped a base card for a refractor.
So nothing exciting in the package, but I wanted to acknowledge Topps for the fast turnaround time, and a smooth "transaction"
