Here's to a speedy recovery to as close to normal as possible. As Wren said, the big picture is that he survived, which is great news.

Really stinks. They talked about it a lot today during the Sox/Braves game on ESPN and it sounds like the Braves organization handled the situation very well. I think it's great that his goal is to make it back to the diamond after an experience like that.

And he suffered no brain damage either. Can't wait to see him when he brings the Rome Braves down here to Savannah to play the Sand Gnats.
