The concept is great...as an app for iPad or similar Android tablet. As a standalone device it's dead in the water.

IF the cell-phone camera could double as a radar detector, this could be a GREAT app. I remeber people keeping score at the games as a kid, but I rarely see this anymore. Another idea would be to compare your analysis of the game with the official score log, but sort pointless at MLB games because you can check your score in realtime with ESPN. This could be a great tool for smaller outfits, such as High School coaches... which could lead to even better scouting.
