Under "negatives" for Newton, Nawrocki writes, "Very disingenuous — has a fake smile, comes off as very scripted and has a selfish, me-first makeup. Always knows where the cameras are and plays to them. Has an enormous ego with a sense of entitlement that continually invites trouble and makes him believe he is above the law — does not command respect from teammates and will always struggle to win a locker room . . . Lacks accountability, focus and trustworthiness — is not punctual, seeks shortcuts and sets a bad example. Immature and has had issues with authority. Not dependable."
Agreed. Not only is Sage something you should avoid because it will plummet in value when the NFL products and UD's college licensed stuff release, but it's also the more inferior pre-draft product as far as secondary market goes if you compare it to Press Pass or what I think Leaf will do.Slette said:I'm far from being sold on Newton, but I just don't think he'll be JaMarcus bad. That being said, if you dump $250 on a Sage auto of anybody, you should have your wallet sewn shut.

I think he has Jason Campbell written all over him. They even went to the same school
It's funny, that description fits with way more pro athletes than you would think, and probably a large percentage of guys coming out in the draft. It's whether or not the guy can grow up and move past that mentality that separates them.kdailey4315 said:Nolan Nawrocki from Pro Football Weekly agrees with you. Comparing Newton to a baseball player let alone Arod is not even close
