Hence GU cards sell for a buck and fall in packs at a rate of late 80's star cards. Nothing new. And I don't think the value of a jersey card is in the fact that it may have been used in a game. Maybe at first it was, but really it comes down to people wanting to collect neat looking cards of their favorite players. Whether they're gu, event worn, or manufactured, people will collect them. With anything produced in the last 10 years, if it doesn't specifically state when/where the jersey was worn there's no reason to think it was. And ultimately (value wise) it matters little with current stars. Retired/HOF is a whole other animal

isn't it always a "friend"?

I am pretty sure this guy is the only tool out there who dont understand what event used means for upper deck. Whats next a "photo shoot scam" ebay auction cause they wear the jerseys just to take pictures? It says it right in the back of the card.
