BGS & AFLAC Question

This seller references the fact that BGS no longer grades 2008 AFLAC autographs. Is this true?

From what I have heard, it is true. Since they are not serial numbered, BGS had no way of proving if they were the actual pack inserted AFLAC auto card vs. the AFLAC promo card autographed at a later date with a Topps sticker added to the back.

An email I received from BGS:

The list presented here are the pack-pulled autograph cards that must be submitted for JSA authentication as of February 2011.

* ALL YEARS Topps Rookie Premiere/Topps Photo Shoot/Topps AFLAC Autographs
* ALL YEARS Star Pics Autographs
* ALL YEARS Pro Line Autographs
* ALL YEARS Scoreboard/Classic/Front Row/Little Sun Autographs of Alex Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, Shaquille O'Neal & Kobe Bryant
* ALL YEARS Upper Deck Buyback Autographs that do not have the original UDA Certificate
* 1994 Upper Deck Alex Rodriquez, Mickey Mantle & Ken Griffey Jr. Autographs
* 2001 Fleer Legacy Albert Pujols Autographs
* Signature Rookies Autographs with ONLY a sticker for Authenticity
