I had a group of 4 5th graders design and build a robotic catapult that did the same thing with tremendous accuracy (only it threw a golf ball).

Whats the big deal about this?? I was expecting to see a little more since it was developed by college students.

Didn't some guy make a pitching machine a few years ago that could throw a Randy Johnson fastball, a Mariano Rivera cutter, and a Barry Zito curveball, and tried selling it for $140K? That's what I'd like to see. This looks like it'll be a tremendous source of derision from easy-to-please Phillies fans.
