What can I do? Do I wait for the seller to reply before filing a Paypal claim? And yes, I realize that my purchase is pretty nerdy.

Just messaged the seller, obviously no reply yet since it JUST happened.
What can I do if he tells me to **** off? Am I more concerned than I should be? Pretty pissed that for the first purchase I've made in a while, I'm sent a card worth 1/30th what I paid.
