Help with 1949 Bowman graded with (mk) qualifier

I've been looking for a '49 Bowman Spahn ( love the leg kick) for a while, and there is what looks like a nice one on eBay. It's graded PSA 3 (mk), but I don't see a mark on it am I missing something?

Back/Right edge next to "record for.."

edit: Actually look at the upper/left back the number "21" has been erased
