Problems with Paypal

I'm sorry if this is a repost, but is anyone else having major problems with Paypal? Ever since Friday, my Paypal has looked like this:

When I log in (which is a pain in the ass), it still doesn't adjust itself to looking like the normal Paypal.

Is that the moblie version maybe? Mine switched to something that looked like a while back and I am pretty sure that is what had happened. There is a way to change it back if that is in fact what has happened. I just dont remember how.

happens to me also, it usually has something to do with their software.
if a reload doesnt fix it, cleaning your cache and cookies almost certainly will.

Tried both, unfortunately. Also tried different browsers (Safari and Firefox), to no avail.
