How do you determine on the Diamond Website how many Die-cuts have been unlocked? I have Mantle/Ryan/Sanchez/Koufax

There is about 83 of each right now.You can check by browsing for the card in the trade section.

The rate that they unlock thus far has been steady across all cards. Around 85 each so far. You can check quantity by doing a card search. None have unlocked at a lower rate thus none appear to be more rare. That is- aside from the black diamond /60.

Interestingly the population of the Black Diamond cards hasn't changed in some time.
